Why do I need to enter my credit card?

With Commercial Investor Pro Software the monthly retail price is waived but there are some very minor monthly charges related to registering a phone number, ($4) and sending SMS texts (industry standard carrier rates for marketing) For most people this is less than $15 total per month but it's completely based on their usage, .007 per SMS industry standard. Because of this, a credit card is required to activate the software.
