It also allows you to find off market, unlisted, and for sale by owner properties that can't be found anywhere else. Commercial Deal Finder DOES NOT provide any listing information such as asking price, rental income, etc. You get access to all the properties, some will be listed, but most will not be listed with a broker. To find out if a property is listed you can google the property address to see if a listing comes up.
